📦 Barbers Illustrated Magazine — Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 8th, 2025

At Barbers Illustrated Magazine, we stand behind the quality of our content and our commitment to delivering value to the barbering community. Because our products include both physical print issues and digital subscriptions, our policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent.

📰 Print Magazines

All print magazine sales are final once shipped.
However, if your issue arrives damaged, misprinted, or missing pages, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll gladly:

  • Replace the damaged issue at no extra cost, or

  • Provide a credit toward your next issue.

To request a replacement, email:

Please include your full name, order number, and a photo of the damaged issue.

💻 Digital Subscriptions

All digital magazine subscriptions (including monthly or annual plans) are non-refundable once the first issue is delivered.
If you cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to receive access until the end of your current billing period — no further charges will apply.

You can cancel anytime directly through your customer portal or by emailing support@barbersillustratedmagazine.com.

🚫 Refund Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind after an order has shipped or a digital issue has been delivered

  • Missed promotional codes (discounts cannot be applied retroactively)

📮 Subscription Cancellations

Subscribers may cancel at any time before the next billing date.
Cancellations made after renewal will apply to the following cycle.

To manage your subscription, visit your customer account or email us at support@barbersillustratedmagazine.com with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line.
