Whether you’re receiving our monthly print edition or enjoying our digital issues, this policy explains how billing, renewals, and cancellations work.


📰 Subscription Options

We currently offer two subscription types:

  1. Print Subscription — $9.99 per month

    • Includes one printed issue mailed monthly.

    • Automatically renews every 30 days.

    • Cancel anytime.

  2. Digital Subscription — $3.99 per month

    • Includes one digital issue per month (delivered by email or customer portal).

    • Automatically renews every 30 days.

    • Cancel anytime.


🧾 Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically through Shopify Payments or your chosen payment method.

  • You’ll be charged on the same date each billing cycle (based on your original purchase date).

  • If a payment fails, Shopify will automatically retry; if unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your subscription will pause until payment is updated.


🗓️ Renewals

  • All subscriptions automatically renew every month unless canceled.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation after each successful renewal.

  • You can log into your customer account at any time to view your next billing date.


🚫 Cancellations

We make it easy to cancel at any time — no hidden steps, no penalties.

You can cancel your subscription by:

  1. Logging into your customer account on www.barbersillustratedmagazine.com
    (Look for “Manage Subscription” if using Seal Subscriptions)

  2. Or emailing us directly at support@barbersillustratedmagazine.com with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line.

Cancellations take effect immediately, but you’ll still receive access or delivery for the remainder of your paid billing period.


🔁 Reactivating a Subscription

If you cancel but want to come back (welcome home 👑), simply:

  • Log in to your customer account, and click Reactivate Subscription, or

  • Repurchase your desired plan from our Subscribe page.

Your new cycle will start fresh from your reactivation date.


💡 Updating Your Information

To update your shipping address, payment method, or subscription plan:

If you miss an issue or receive a damaged copy, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll replace the issue or credit your next month — whichever works best for you.
